Hi, I’m Suzannah Baartz, co-founder of Hormone Haven. I’m an Aussie living on a farm in beautiful Mahurangi, where I get to combine my love of the outdoors with hands-on, meaningful work. I am passionate about bringing women together in understanding and working with our hormonal cycles for harmony within our bodies.
I have a Bachelor of Business (Finance) with a joint study in Financial Planning, as well as a Class 2 Real Estate Licence (NSW). Before diving into farm life, I worked in real estate & office administration, where I built a solid foundation in communication, event management, tech, and customer service. However, my passion is in helping empower women like myself with understanding our cycles!
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me out for a run, playing guitar, catching up with friends, or in winter watching football. I geek out over my love of spreadsheets almost as much as I love spending time with my nephews. I’m all about staying curious, staying active, and being part of something that brings people together.
